What is Zoz Automotive Shop?
Zoz Automotive Shop is an automotive startup based in Singapore. The startup was founded by Thi Nguyen and Hong Ngoc Nguyen, who previously worked together at the same automotive parts supplier firm in Vietnam. The two decided to reminisce about their past and reminiscing quickly led to reminiscing about how they both left their jobs to start their own businesses. The two’s plan was to purchase a parts supplier company and sell it to the public as an automotive parts store. This plan was to focus on marketing while Hong’s focus would be on the business model and financial projections. The two had a plan to purchase a parts supplier in Vietnam and expand their business there.
The team at Zoz Automotive Shop
Thi Nguyen – Co-founder, Co-owner, CFO, Digital Lead, Contracts Manager, Strategy and Business Development. This is an alumnus of the University of Minnesota. She received a bachelor’s degree in finance and international business from the university and later on, a master’s degree in international business from the University of Minnesota. She is best known for her role at Zoz Automotive Shop, which consists mainly of managing the day-to-day operations of the company. She is also the Financial Controller of the company. Hong Ngoc Nguyen – Co-founder, CFO, CFO, CFO. Hong is an alumnus of the University of Michigan where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in accounting. He is also a member of the school’s alumni association and the Delta Chi fraternity.
The company’s vehicles and accessories
The Zoz Automotive Shop fleet consists of three different brands: Fiat, Jeep, and Volkswagen. The company also has a line of accessories, which are currently exclusive to the company’s e-commerce platform. The Fiat brand is represented by the Fiat 500 and the Fiat Punto. Both of these vehicles are small cars that are known for their affordability. The Jeep brand is represented by the Jeep Compass and the Jeep Patriot. The Compass is a midsize car and the Patriot is a full-size car. The Volkswagen brand is represented by the Volkswagen Jetta and the Volkswagen Beetle. The Beetle is a cheap and cheerful car that is best friends with the Jetta.
