Spokane Valley is a city in Spokane County that is located in the US State of Washington. It is the largest residential area of Spokane, which is the largest city and county seat of the Spokane County of Washington, United States. “The Valley” as called by the residents, the Spokane Valley is named after the valley of the Spokane River in which it is situated. When created, the Spokane Valley was the third-largest newly incorporated city of the United States, after Centennial, Colorado, and Miami Gardens, Florida.

The City of Spokane Valley, Washington, holds the fest annually. Every year in the middle of April, ValleyFest has a carnival-like atmosphere that includes games, inflatables, artisan food vendors, children’s activities, and community groups. 2021 will mark the 42nd consecutive year the Valley Bands host the best high school marching bands from Iowa and the surrounding states.
