Nonna Grishaeva – biography

Nonna Grishaeva was born on July 21, 1971 in Odessa. Father – Valentin Gavrilovich, worked as a mechanic on a dry cargo ship, later as a builder. Mother – Margarita Evgenievna, was an engineer, and then worked as a teacher.

Nonna did not study well in secondary school. However, after the transfer of Grishaeva to the theater class of the 37th Odessa school, her studies went smoothly. At the insistence of her mother and grandmother, the future star studied at a ballet school, attended a theater and choir studio and graduated from a music school.

At the age of five, Nonna made her film debut, starring in the film “Pictures on the Wall”. From the age of 10, the future star played roles in the Children’s Theater Studio at the Odessa Theater of Musical Comedy.

In 1988, Grishaeva first went to enter Moscow at the Shchukin School, successfully completed all three creative rounds, but her mother did not dare to leave her in Moscow. In the same year, the future actress began to study at the Odessa School of Music in the vocal class, but did not give up her dream of studying in Moscow.

In 1989, Grishaeva again came to Moscow and entered the Shchukin Theater School for the course of A.G. Burov. In the spring, she had to take an academic leave, after which she returned to the school for the course of V.V. Ivanova.

In 1992, the future star starred in a cameo role in the film Risk Without a Contract. In 1997, Nonna brightly played the servant Gertrude in the TV series The Countess de Monsoreau.

After graduating from the university in 1994, Grishaeva received job offers from three Moscow theaters at once – Lenkom, Satyrikon and the Vakhtangov Theater.

In the same year, Nonna married actor Anton Derov. In 1996, the couple had a daughter, Nastya. After seven years of marriage, Grishaeva and Derov divorced.

From 1994 to 2009, Grishaeva worked in the troupe of the Vakhtangov Theater. She played Zelima in “Princess Turandot”, Evelina in the play “I don’t know you anymore, dear”, the Comedian in “Scapin’s Tricks” and other roles. Only ten years later, she waited for her star role – Denise in the musical performance “Mademoiselle Nitouche”.

In parallel with her work at the Vakhtangov Theater, Nonna played Alexandra in the musical Eastwick Witches at the Film Actor Theater, participated in the performances of Quartet I (Radio Day, Election Day, Faster than Rabbits) and even worked as a DJ at a radio station “Silver Rain”.

Since the end of 2008, Grishaeva has been playing one of the main roles in the popular sitcom of the STS channel “Daddy’s Daughters”.

Even in her third year, Nonna began working in the popular humorous program Oba-Na by Igor Ugolnikov. But her comedic and parody talent manifested itself most vividly in the First Channel program Big Difference, where she has been working since 2008.

In 2009, Nonna Grishaeva, together with Mark Tishman, became the winner of the third season of the First Channel music competition “Two Stars”.

From September 4 to October 3, 2011, her own comedy show “Nonna, Come On!” Was aired on Channel One.
